Speaker: Hannah Marsden
Hannah Marsden has worked in the arts in North-East England for 12 years. Over this time, she has become interested in the social processes of art, the relationships and conversations that happen around it, as much as the artworks that are produced. Building on this interest she is currently working towards a PhD in Media, Culture and Heritage at Newcastle University, in which she is researching the construction of social values in social art. Hannah has a BA in Fine Art and an MA in Art Museum and Gallery Studies both from Newcastle University. In her free-time she enjoys playing with pots, either with plants in the back yard or cooking in the kitchen.
