PhD candidate at the Politics Department of Goldsmiths University, London. My research focuses on challenging the Euro-centrism of the degrowth debate and argues for a creative synthesis between socio-ecological theories and movements in the Global North and South. Before the PhD, I obtained a Master of Science in Ecological Economics from the University of Edinburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Human Rights from Malmo University. My previous research with the Reiner Lemoine Institute in Berlin focused on renewable energy supply on Caribbean islands.
