I am a postdoctoral fellow at the Cluster of Excellence "Normative Orders" at the Goethe University Frankfurt. I care about social equality and the environment. I like to sail and read history.
I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Cluster of Excellence “Normative Orders” at the Goethe University Frankfurt.
I hold a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Tilburg University. While there, I carried out my research at the Department of European and International Public Law, where I was affiliated with the group of Legal Philosophy.
My main research is in political philosophy and environmental politics. I am particularly interested in questions about environmental narratives – i.e. stories people tell each other concerning what counts as an environmental problem -, which theories of justice implicitly subtend them, and how they shape environmental policies on the ground.
In my leisure time, I like to sail, to read, to cook while listening to podcasts, and to travel with my girlfriend.
