PhD in social anthropology from École des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales and a specialized master’s degree in environmental engineering and management from School of MINES ParisTech. He founded and developed the Direction de Recherche et Incidence at Université Jésuite du Pérou. In the early 2000s, in addition to his administrative duties, he undertook an extensive research project on nature- measurement-time interaction dynamics, which led him to work on a series of life cycle thinking studies. After being fully involved in an initiative to rewrite Peru’s science education policy, he joined the Department of Strategy and Social and Environmental Responsibility at UQAM’s School of Management (ESG UQAM) in 2015 to support teaching and research activities on non-traditional management tools and social life cycle assessment in particular.
