Shirin Betzler is an intercultural psychologist working for the department of work and organizational psychology of the University of Osnabrueck with a focus on cross-cultural business psychology. Currently, she is completing her master’s thesis in a joint research project on sustainable consumption of information and communication technologies (eCoInnovateIT). Her work focuses on the micro level of consumption research and takes a closer look at factors influencing a sustainable consumption of individuals. Due to her study background, she is particularly interested in intercultural perspectives and how they can help us to promote globally sound approaches for our century’s challenges.
