Due to my rather unconventional career I combine the experience of a senior management adviser and an independent researcher in the social sciences focusing on human needs in economics and international relations.
I develop my free-lance academic career, lecturing on sustainability and development as well as conflict and negotiation. I write and publish fiction and am a cycling and carfree world activist.
Due to my rather unconventional career I combine the experience of a senior management adviser and an independent researcher in the social sciences. As an engineer I am well versed with systems, business figures and statistics.
My real personal strength is running practical workshops with strong theoretical foundations. I have run sales and management development programs for Mercuri International as well as Cegos, my total number of executive level training days may exceed 1000.
As the founder and senior consultant of the market leader in sales development in my country I have managed consultant teams. I have worked years as a higher profile sales executive and international project manager.
As a freelance management consultant I have developed courses and sessions with various forms of learning by doing including strategic teamwork, persuasion, presentation and negotiation as well as project management exercises simulating construction & building.
I have worked more than 10 years as sales development consultant, both B2B and consumer businesses, usually as the speaking partner of the commercial director or CEO. My assignments included many leading international companies operating in Central Europe. My training experience is extensive and varied.
I have run educational programs in four languages, my native Hungarian, English, German and Russian.
Simultaneously I develop my free-lancer academic career, lecturing on sustainability and development at Corvinus University, Budapest.
